About the Role
ARADA Developments LLC seeks a Landscape Architect Manager to lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept through construction. The role involves developing sustainable designs, coordinating with teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept design through construction documentation and site execution
- Develop innovative and sustainable landscape design solutions in line with project objectives and local authority requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project integration
- Prepare and review landscape master plans, planting plans, hardscape details, irrigation layouts, and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with Municipality regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications
- Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure design intent and quality standards are achieved
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews
- Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and client relationship management when required
- Assist in budget preparation and cost evaluations
- Review value engineering proposals while maintaining design intent and quality
- Monitor landscape scope changes and assess cost implications
