We're partnered with a fast-growing shipping company in Dubai who are appointing a Land Transportation & Intermodal Logistics Manager.

This is a business that's performed strongly through a tough market and is actively pulling senior logistics talent away from some of the industry's most respected names.

The leadership team is experienced, commercially sharp, and building something genuinely ambitious in the region.

You'll own the land transportation and intermodal function across the UAE and GCC - integrating road, rail, and port/terminal movements into proper end-to-end supply chain solutions.

Vendor and operator negotiations, cross-border GCC shipments, intermodal routing strategy, and operational excellence across every surface mode.

This isn't a coordination role - it needs a true intermodal specialist operating with autonomy.

We're talking to candidates with significant intermodal and land transportation experience in the Middle East, ideally from a carrier or logistics operator of recognised standing.

Strong GCC network, a real track record of commercial negotiation, and the appetite for a platform where your growth is tied directly to the growth of the business.
