- Establish control points and verify project alignment and dimensions
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in survey data
- Support construction projects with accurate layout and staking services
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and field notes
- Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures during field operations
Requirements
- Experience in land surveying and use of surveying instruments
- Ability to interpret construction plans and engineering drawings
- Proficiency with GPS equipment, total stations, and levels
- Knowledge of survey data compliance with regulations
