Role Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine location suitability and accuracy for construction.
• Carry out land and site surveys using Total Station, Dumpy Level, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
• Establish and verify accurate site coordinates, levels, dimensions, and boundaries.
• Prepare detailed survey drawings and site plans from collected field data.
• Create graphical representations of site features and existing conditions.
• Prepare and maintain photogrammetric records and survey documentation.
• Assist in setting out construction works according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure survey measurements and calculations are accurate and properly documented.
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and other departments to support project execution.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of UAE experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably with a construction company.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Total Station, Dumpy Level, GPS, and other surveying equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD programs and survey-related software.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, site plans, levels, coordinates, and setting-out procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with site teams.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Compensation

• Pay is listed as AED 2,244.98–AED 7,597.94 per month.
