Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Civil Land Surveyor
with 3–5 years of experience to perform land and construction surveys for civil projects.
The candidate will be responsible for conducting site measurements, setting out works, preparing survey reports, and ensuring project activities are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys at project sites.
- Perform setting out of roads, foundations, structures, utilities, and other civil works.
- Operate survey instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and related equipment.
- Verify dimensions, elevations, and coordinates as per approved drawings.
- Prepare survey reports, sketches, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with Engineers, Site Supervisors, and Project Teams to ensure accuracy of survey data.
- Monitor and maintain survey equipment and calibration records.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Assist in quantity calculations and site measurements when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Survey Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in Civil Construction projects.
- Proficiency in using Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and survey software.
