Conduct land and field surveys, including geodetic calculations.
Collaborate with clients and contractors to establish and confirm project survey requirements.
Ensure surveying tasks are completed on time and within budget constraints.
Verify and check setting-out, levels, and service locations to ensure they are properly protected.
Create sketches to support fieldwork and maintain all survey documentation (field books, sketches, and calculations).
Assist the Engineer with reviewing and verifying shop drawings.
Conduct routine checks and verification of control points and benchmarks.
Verify the accuracy of work setting and record initial and final work levels.
Validate earthwork cross sections and measure inspected works.
Aid in preparing and reviewing ‘as-built’ drawings.
Actively engage in health and safety matters on site as directed by the Construction Manager/Site Engineer and Project Safety Engineer.
Perform other relevant responsibilities as needed.
Understand survey terminology and descriptive materials, including maps, plans, drawings, and specifications.
Perform basic calculations accurately.

Diploma or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related field.
Proficiency in using survey equipment (total station, level, theodolite) and familiarity with survey software such as AutoCAD.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Must be currently based in the UAE with recent experience, especially in Abu Dhabi.
