Role Focus
Land Surveyor role supporting infrastructure and road work.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and map land features, boundaries, and topographies.
- Operate Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and robotic data collectors.
- Analyze public records, deeds, and prior titles for boundary verification.
- Prepare detailed maps, plots, sketches, and legal descriptions.
- Work with engineers, architects, and construction managers.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma is required.
- A degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor is required.
Technical and Physical Skills
- Proficiency with CAD software, including AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Strong background in geometry and trigonometry.
- Ability to work outdoors in various terrains and weather conditions.
