About the Role
A newly established women's salon in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a team of beauty professionals, and drive sales. Candidates must have at least 2 years of salon management experience in the UAE and a valid UAE residence visa.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of beauty professionals (hair stylists, beauticians, skincare specialists, receptionists, etc.)
- Supervise the entire customer journey—from booking to service completion—to ensure outstanding client satisfaction
- Develop strategies to attract new clients and retain loyal customers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and actively contribute to revenue growth
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns in coordination with management
- Analyze client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience
- Manage staff schedules, inventory, and supply orders
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for upper management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salon Manager in the UAE
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to meet service and sales objectives
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and latest market trends
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Experience in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies
- Proficiency in inventory management and supplier coordination
- Competency in using salon booking systems and reporting software
- Familiarity with social media content management is preferred
- Applicants must have a valid UAE residence visa

Work Conditions
- 6 working days per week (Saturday to Thursday).
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (subject to adjustment based on business needs).
Pay
- From AED 3,500.00 per month.
