Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• **Hair Cutting and Styling:** Perform haircuts and styling services for women, and children based on client preferences and the latest industry trends.
• **Coloring Services:** Apply color treatments, including highlights, balayage, color correction, and all-over color, ensuring optimal results.
• **Consultations:** Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and concerns.
• **Hair Treatments:** Offer treatments such as conditioning, deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp treatments for specific hair concerns.
• **Up-to-Date Techniques:** Stay informed about the latest hairdressing techniques, trends, and products to provide modern and creative styles.
• **Client Care:** Provide personalized advice and recommendations on hair care, styling products, and maintenance routines.
• **Customer Service:** Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and valued during their appointments.
• **Cleanliness and Organization:** Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• **Sales and Product Knowledge:** Promote and sell hair care products and services, providing expert advice based on clients' hair types and needs.
• **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and an exceptional client experience.

Required Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license (or equivalent) in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience as a Hairdresser/Technician or in a similar role, preferably with a portfolio of work.
• Strong understanding of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
• Knowledge of hair care products and treatments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced techniques such as balayage, color correction, and special occasion styling.
• Knowledge of hair extensions, wigs, or other specialty services.
• Experience with scalp treatments or hair loss solutions.
