Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management
- Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, draft, translate, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents in both Arabic and English
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and confidential documents
- Coordinate visa applications, company licenses, and official documentation as needed
- Monitor office supplies and support general office administration

Job Summary
