Immediate Joiner Required \| Arab Nationality Preferred
We are looking for an experienced, professional, and well-organized **Female Receptionist** to join our ladies’ salon. **Strong prior experience in a salon environment is highly preferred**, as this role requires familiarity with daily salon operations and client handling.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and manage check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries professionally
- Book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments efficiently
- Manage daily schedules, therapist availability, and client flow
- Process payments, handle POS systems, and issue receipts
- Maintain accurate client records and support administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Actively promote salon services, packages, offers, and retail products
Requirements
- **Previous experience as a salon receptionist is highly preferred**
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
- Familiar with salon booking systems and POS software
- English is an advantage
Compensation
