As part of the Engineering team, you will be involved in the development and integration of various software programs for validation systems. The Engineering team develops a range of custom data acquisition systems to help our customers obtain accurate measurements and results. These systems are renowned for providing fast data throughput and extreme data integrity, while accelerating design cycles and reducing prototyping costs.
Support the proposal and design review process as required, propagating design re-use and best practices;
Support activities and initiatives for continuous improvement of tools and development processes as a Team leader for full project, sub-system design or development;
Participate in the integration, validation and commissioning of software;
Work closely with QA team and use of formal and effective development methodologies and documentation review;
Perform code reviews and propose solutions to various problems;
Evaluate system architecture, risk assessment and validation plan.
Degree: A Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited engineering or physics program.
Certification: Certified in LabVIEW and/or TestStand is a must.
Experienced: Possess 7 to 15 years of experience of software development with LabVIEW and/or TestStand. Experience in software development with either C++, C# or VB.Net is a plus. In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing environment.
