Dyno Nobel Canada Inc. is implementing a Labourer Trainee Program (the “Program”) designed to increase the number of women employed in its Retail Sales & Operations sites in Bedford, Nova Scotia.
Women have been historically underrepresented in mining and explosives industries, and the Program is intended to provide entry level opportunities to women who might not otherwise apply for current vacancies. No formal experience is required and training will be provided to all participant employees.
