- Operate construction equipment including skid steers, telehandlers, forklifts, loaders, compactors, and other equipment as required.
- Perform site preparation activities, including excavation support, grading, material distribution, and site cleanup.
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with the installation and removal of temporary site infrastructure, including fencing, hoarding, signage, and protection systems.
- Support carpenters, concrete crews, equipment operators, and other trades as required.
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and waste management activities.
- Assist with earthworks, landscaping, and exterior site development activities.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair requirements.
- Maintain accurate records related to equipment operation, inspections, and maintenance.
- Follow construction drawings, site plans, and supervisor instructions.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions and participate in site safety initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

- Working at heights
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, or multi-family construction considered an asset
- Experience operating construction equipment in a commercial construction environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
