Role Overview
The Labourer supports villa operations by maintaining outdoor areas, furniture, vehicles, balconies, terraces, gardens, and related storage areas.
The role includes guest service, delivery assistance, contractor escorting, stock monitoring, issue reporting, and compliance with safety and company policies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean villa entrances, outdoor floors, doors, exterior windows, storage areas, garages, sidewalks, and outdoor kitchens.
- Clean outdoor furniture including benches, tables, umbrellas, lights, sofas, and plants.
- Clean balconies and terraces around all villas.
- Clean cars belonging to the owner and guests.
- Help bring food deliveries to villas and the kitchen.
- Notify managers about required repairs or security issues in outdoor areas.
- Collect and dispose of trash in outdoor areas.
- Keep the workspace, accommodation, and rest areas clean and tidy.
- Escort outside companies while they operate inside or outside properties.
- Provide customer service when interacting with the owner or guests.
- Check stock levels of products used and stored under supervision.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and licensing laws.
