Overview
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the labor camp, including accommodation, sanitation, and recreational facilities.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of labor camp residents, including attendance, accommodation details, and any incidents.
- Enforce camp rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and disciplined environment for all residents.
- Coordinate and supervise the provision of meals, ensuring food quality, hygiene standards, and dietary requirements are met.
- Address and resolve resident complaints and grievances promptly and effectively, acting as a point of contact.
- Manage and maintain camp infrastructure, including buildings, utilities, and equipment, coordinating repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies within the camp.
- Supervise and coordinate waste management and disposal processes to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of the camp facilities, identifying and addressing potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as suppliers, contractors, and government authorities as needed.
