About the Role
AqualiaMace Operation and Maintenance LLC is seeking a Laboratory Technician to prepare chemical solutions, conduct experiments, maintain equipment, and test water samples at Sewerage Treatment Plants.

Responsibilities
- Prepare chemical solutions for experiments
- Conduct chemical and physical experiments, tests, and analyses
- Prepare reports, charts, and graphs
- Purchase laboratory supplies and prepare order lists
- Set up and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Perform internal calibration of laboratory equipment
- Receive samples from Sewerage Treatment Plants
- Test effluent and influent water samples
- Maintain glassware and laboratory supplies
- Document information by maintaining daily logs and equipment record books
Requirements
- Experience in chemical and physical laboratory tests
- Ability to prepare chemical solutions and conduct experiments
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and instruments
- Experience with wastewater sample testing preferred

Functions
- Prepare chemical solutions to experiment with.
- Observe and conduct chemical and physical experiments, tests, and analyses.
- Prepare reports, charts, and graphs.
- Responsible for purchasing Laboratory supplies or preparing order lists.
- Set up and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Internal calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Adjust processing equipment to improve production efficiency and output.
- Receive samples from all Sewerage Treatment Plants
- Test effluent water sample at Inlet or influent water sample.
- Maintains glassware by picking up, cleaning, washing, sterilizing, and distributing.
- Provides glassware by ordering, receiving, and inventorying glassware.
- Keeps laboratory supplies ready by inventory
Responsibilities
- Under Treatment & PS Department reports directly to Department Head and Laboratory Manager
- Coordinates with Process Engineer and STP Supervisor
- Ensure that tools and equipment are in good working order.
- Performs all duties according to Company Policies and Procedures
- Adheres to company's Quality, Health & Safety and Environment policies and procedures.
- Adheres to company's HR Policies and Procedures
Compensation
- Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
