Full-time, on-site Laboratory Technician role located in the Riyadh Region.
The role supports clinical laboratory testing and reliable patient care results.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols.
- Prepare and process specimens, and operate a variety of laboratory equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and label and track samples.
- Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
- Support quality control procedures to ensure reliable test results.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and communicate findings clearly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.
Qualifications
- Strong laboratory skills, including sample preparation, handling, and standard testing.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, including calibration and routine checks.
- Experience with quality control procedures.
- Analytical skills to interpret results, identify irregularities, and report findings accurately.
- Previous laboratory technician or similar clinical laboratory experience.
- Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related scientific field.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety, infection control, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills for laboratory information systems, data entry, and report generation.
