Role Overview
The position supports pharmacy laboratory operations within the College of Pharmacy at Alfaisal University.
The role provides technical and operational support for laboratory sessions, equipment, materials, supplies, safety, inventory, and documentation.
Assigned duties are performed under university policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Laboratory Operations
- Prepare laboratories, equipment, materials, reagents, and supplies for scheduled sessions.
- Assist faculty, lecturers, and teaching assistants with laboratory setup and operational support.
- Maintain inventory records and report shortages for replenishment.
- Check equipment condition, report technical issues, and follow up on maintenance requests.
- Ensure laboratory areas, equipment, and facilities are cleaned, restored, and ready for use.
Safety and Specialized Facilities
- Follow approved laboratory safety procedures and check the availability of personal protective equipment.
- Maintain safety records and promptly report hazards or incidents to the responsible person.
- Prepare resources for pharmacy simulation and specialized laboratory areas according to scheduled activities.
