About The Role

Laboratory Compounder Fine Fragrances

Key Responsibilities

• Weigh and compound perfume formulations requested by Perfumers for projects, selections and quality control purposes.
• Prepare customer samples according to defined specifications and timelines.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization and safety standards at all times.
• Manage laboratory instruments, equipment and materials, including cleaning, sorting and proper storage.
• Perform inventory counting and ensure laboratory stocks are maintained at adequate levels.
• Maintain and update laboratory databases accurately.
• Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System, including policies, manuals, procedures, hygiene plans and work instructions.
• Report any incidents, deviations or non‑conformities identified during daily work to the manager.
• About you
• Technical or vocational background in chemistry, laboratory sciences or a related field.
• Previous experience in a laboratory environment, preferably within fragrances, flavors or cosmetics.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and manual precision.
• Structured, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong awareness of quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment, sample handling and data recording.
