Role Overview
Conduct laboratory testing, sample analysis, quality checks, and documentation in accordance with established procedures and industry standards.
Support quality control, product testing, laboratory operations, and accurate reporting of analytical results.
Laboratory Testing
- Test raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and other assigned specimens.
- Prepare, label, handle, and store samples according to established procedures.
- Conduct chemical, physical, and analytical tests using approved methods.
- Record, verify, analyze, and report laboratory results.
Equipment and Quality Activities
- Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
- Identify abnormal results, deviations, and potential quality issues, and escalate them appropriately.
- Support quality-control investigations, root-cause analysis, and method validation or improvement activities.
Documentation and Operations
- Prepare laboratory reports, certificates, test results, and traceability documentation.
