What You Will Do
- Design software that interacts with laboratory instruments to capture data from high- and low-throughput experiments.
- Build scalable pipelines for automated processing of instrument data.
- Define data models and schemas for experimental samples and data with computational and experimental teams.
- Develop APIs and tools for data aggregation, analysis, and visualization.
- Configure and manage LIMS and ELN systems.
