The Run Research Lab Operations Associate Manager is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Run Research Lab’s physical infrastructure, equipment and testing environments.
This role ensures that researchers have reliable, accurate, and well-maintained tools to execute world-class biomechanics, physiology, and mind performance research.

The Run Research Lab Operations Associate Manager serves as the operational backbone of the laboratory, overseeing equipment maintenance, calibration, vendor relationships, laboratory organization, safety procedures and participant readiness.

The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $80,175-120,315 per year.
Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
