• Develop, coordinate training of, adhere to, and enforce laboratory protocols and safety procedures, including chemical hygiene plans, hazardous waste disposal, and personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Engineering Support Maintain organized records of equipment manuals, safety data sheets (SDS), and maintenance logs.

• Associate’s Degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent in a scientifically related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of Lab Management or Facilities Management, preferably within the medical device, biotechnology, or related industry.
• General awareness of GLP policies and regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA).
• Inclination towards hands-on engineering activities.
• Broad understanding of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to read floor plans/blueprints and a basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience working within a quality system.
• Excellent written, reporting, and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.

• Experience with California FDB.
• Strong collaboration mindset.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work with persons of diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools and applications.
• Must be highly motivated to deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Able to lift 10-25 pounds.
