Job Overview

Essential Functions

• Perform centralized monitoring activities for assigned projects under minimal supervision.
• Complete assigned role-specific training, self-learning courses, instructor-led training, and e-SOP or work-instruction acknowledgements on time.
• Load and update active databases with details of participating sites.
• Provision access for the Infosario Portal.
• Complete regulatory dossier documentation for kit shipment, including KCCs, packing lists, and import permits.
• Monitor on-time release of patient laboratory reports by following up on pending activities with related teams.
• Ensure documentation is available for all monitoring activities to maintain real-time audit readiness.
• Participate in department and process improvement initiatives as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of experience.
• Basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
• Ability to comply with all applicable company standards.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good command of English.
