Job Overview
The role manages assigned monitoring responsibilities for simple protocols and non-protocol tasks in a timely and quality-focused manner.
The position is based in Bengaluru, India and is full time with a hybrid workplace model.
Essential Functions
- Perform centralized monitoring activities for assigned projects under minimal supervision.
- Complete role-specific training, assessments, and required acknowledgements on time.
- Load and update active databases with participating site details.
- Provision access for the Infosario Portal.
Documentation and Monitoring
- Complete regulatory dossier documentation for kit shipment, including kit contents charts, packing lists, and import permits.
- Follow up with related teams to support timely release of patient laboratory reports.
- Maintain documentation for monitoring activities to support real-time audit readiness.
- Participate in department and process improvement initiatives as applicable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0 to 1 year of experience.
