Job Overview

Essential Functions

• Perform centralized monitoring activities for assigned projects under minimal supervision.
• Complete role-specific training and related assessments on time.
• Load and update active databases with participating-site details.
• Provision access for the Infosario Portal.
• Complete regulatory dossier documents for kit shipments, including kit contents charts, packing lists, and import permits.
• Follow up with related teams to support timely release of patient laboratory reports.
• Maintain documentation for monitoring activities to support real-time audit readiness.
• Participate in department and process improvement initiatives as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Zero to one year of experience is stated.
• Basic knowledge of systems and procedures gained through work experience or education.
• Ability to comply with applicable company standards.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and apply critical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good command of English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
