L3 - ACT - Continuously raise the bar; Ensure results with speed; Meet customer expectations

1.Plan and procure vendor components as per monthly production plan of models of Motorcycles.

Ensure availability of components as per shift wise / daily production plan in terms of Quantity and Quality

Plan and execute changes in production plan related with cross functional departments in the plant and Vendors

4.Plan and coordinate smooth receipt and issue of vendor components to user dept in the plant as per requirement, to avoid losses.

Monitor Inventory and control within management norms.

6.Plan and execute outsourcing activity as per management guidelines.

7.Monitor transport cost of vendor material and target to reduce by applying various techniques e.g.

Milk route run, 3PL (Third party logistics) etc.

8.Plan and resolve GST related issues in material procurement.
