5+ years of experience in application and production support for enterprise systems.

1.

Provide L2/L3 support for .NET Core and Angular-based applications.

2.

Investigate and resolve production issues related to application logic, data, performance, and integrations.

3.

Support microservices-based systems, including Kafka message flows.

4.

Analyze logs and metrics using azure analytics to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

5.

Work closely with architects, developers, and DevOps teams on issue resolution and fixes.

6.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders during incident handling and RCA.

7.

Prior banking applications experience is a plus

1.

Backend support: .NET Core 6, Entity Framework

2.

Frontend awareness: Angular 8+ (Good to have)

3.

Database: Azure MS SQL MI (strong query and data analysis skills)

Unit Testing familiarity: Postman and Curl

6.

Architecture: Microservices with choreography pattern and CQRS
