Role overview
Transform complex datasets from multiple sources into meaningful reports and actionable insights.
Partner with Learning & Development teams to measure program effectiveness and support strategic initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data collection processes and data management systems.
- Design and execute SQL queries to compile, transform, and generate reports.
- Create charts, graphs, and dashboards using Tableau and QuickSight.
- Build Python automation solutions to streamline recurring analyses.
- Prepare and publish reports for business reviews and project updates.
- Interpret data trends with leadership and provide actionable recommendations.
- Research defect trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Perform data collection, entry, and mining as needed.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, digestible standard reports.
- Support Learning team projects with analytical expertise and data-driven insights.
Basic qualifications
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred qualification
- Fluency in spoken, written, and read English is preferred.
