The Role
This is a versatile part-time role supporting KYC verification, boutique customer service, and dispatch coordination.
The role involves confidential information handling, professional customer communication, and time-sensitive operational follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Review submitted information and documentation for KYC and customer verification.
- Check records for completeness, consistency, and potential discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential verification records and case updates.
- Assist customers throughout verification processes and respond to inquiries.
- Welcome boutique customers and support personalized retail service.
- Assist with product information, appointments, customer requests, and service coordination.
- Coordinate dispatch activities, shipment requests, delivery schedules, and order follow-ups.
- Communicate with couriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Track outstanding verification, customer-service, and delivery tasks and escalate issues.
- Prepare reports and trackers while identifying opportunities to improve service efficiency.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
- Three or more years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
