KYC and Compliance Responsibilities
- Assist with customer onboarding and KYC verification according to approved procedures.
- Review identification and supporting documents for completeness, clarity, consistency, and validity indicators.
- Enter customer information into approved KYC, CRM, onboarding, or compliance systems and verify it against submitted documents.
- Identify missing, inconsistent, expired, or unclear documents and request additional information.
- Maintain KYC records, verification statuses, document logs, and follow-up trackers.
- Escalate unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent information to authorized compliance personnel.
