Role Overview
Support customer due diligence, onboarding reviews, and ongoing compliance activities as a KYC Analyst.
Assess customer information, identify potential risks, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on KYC controls.
The role is part-time and fully remote for professionals working from the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer profiles and supporting information under established KYC procedures.
- Conduct customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence reviews where appropriate.
- Assess information for completeness, consistency, and potential risk indicators.
- Identify unusual activity, discrepancies, and documentation concerns for further review.
- Support onboarding, periodic reviews, and remediation activities.
- Maintain accurate case records, review notes, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with compliance, operations, risk, and customer-facing teams on review outcomes.
- Escalate higher-risk or complex cases according to internal procedures.
- Improve KYC workflows, controls, and review processes.
- Handle sensitive customer information professionally and confidentially.
