Role Overview
The Kitchen Stewarding Executive is responsible for stewarding team supervision, kitchen hygiene, inventory, equipment care, and operational coordination.
Stewarding Team Supervision
- Lead, train, and manage a team of stewards and other kitchen staff.
- Delegate tasks to support efficient department operations.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure standards are met.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Ensure kitchen equipment, utensils, dishwashing areas, and food preparation areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance of kitchen floors, walls, and storage areas.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies, cutlery, glassware, and cleaning products.
