Role Purpose / Overview

  • This is a rare opportunity to build and lead Biz Group's Saudi business, one of the most important growth markets in the region as Vision 2030 accelerates investment in capability, AI, and transformation.
  • As KSA Sales Director, you are a senior sales member and will own the commercial success of KSA, working closely with the CEO and other senior members to drive commercial success and build long lasting partnerships.
  • Initially, you will act as an individual contributor, shaping the go to market strategy, winning flagship clients, and positioning Biz Group as a trusted partner across learning, capability, and human led AI transformation.
  • As you build your market, you will be responsible for building your own high performing sales team to further expand our business across KSA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and build the KSA market from strategy to revenue delivery
  • Lay the foundation for a KSA based sales team, and leading the team
  • Win complex enterprise deals through consultative selling
  • Specific focus on selling our unique AI and AI programs, SaaS, and digital learning solutions
  • Sell our leadership and human capability consulting solutions to public and private sector
  • Build senior relationships across C suite stakeholders
  • Explore and build strategy to build partnership network for further market expansion
  • Create a strong, repeatable pipeline engine
  • Collaborate across Biz Group to deliver impactful solutions

Person Specification

  • Proven experience selling complex enterprise wide B2B solutions
  • Applies an entrepreneurial mindset to transform complex concepts into clear, value driven solutions
  • Experience from the leadership and learning solutions industry
  • Experience in leading a sales team between 3 8 people over time
  • Track record closing enterprise deals
  • Used to building lasting relationships at senior levels
  • Experience across multiple solution types
  • Strong KSA network at senior levels
  • Fluent Arabic and English
  • Builder mindset and ownership mentality

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in AI or learning tech
  • Understanding of Vision 2030
  • Experience building teams in KSA
  • Exposure to key industry sectors and industry partnership networks
  • Salesforce/CRM familiarity
