Responsibilities
- Support the wider regional Aviation Market growth strategy by providing leadership in business development, client relationships, bid management and preparation, handover from bid stage to project set up and execution
- Develop client network in the Kingdom, leveraging existing relationships and developing new ones
- Act as the main point of contact for Aviation clients in the Kingdom through all project stages from bidding through to delivery
- Maximise capabilities of existing resources in the Kingdom to deliver projects and support identification of gaps as part of strategic growth plan
- Provide operational inputs to the Aviation Market Director and leadership team such as financial and utilisation metrics, pipeline and bid status
- Conduct market and opportunity analysis
- Generate leads and opportunities
- Connect and meet potential new customers
- Foster and strengthen existing relationships
- Maintain a network of local partners where applicable to support project services delivery and capability
- Provide leadership and oversight on bid preparation
- Provide other general support to the Middle East Aviation Market Director and Senior Management where required

Overview
- AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Aviation Market Lead in Riyadh, KSA to drive aviation business growth, lead client relationships, and oversee bids and project delivery.
- The role requires strong business development expertise, deep knowledge of the Saudi aviation market, and proven experience in infrastructure consultancy.
Your Role
- Working closely with the Middle East Aviation Market Director, support the wider regional Aviation Market growth strategy by providing leadership, based in Kingdom, of business development, client relationships, bid management and preparation, handover from bid stage to project set up and execution
- Develop your client network in the Kingdom, leveraging existing relationships and developing new ones where required.
- Act as the main point of contact for our Aviation clients in the Kingdom through all project stages from bidding through to delivery.
