KOL Operations Manager(French)

Job Summary

1. Community Management & Support

• Manage the community moderator.
• Provide user support and answer user questions.
• Control and monitor the Telegram (TG) chat.
• Reply to comments across TG and other social accounts.
• Manage gifted User IDs (UIDs).
• Share new content (such as new assets and updates).
• Prepare and request supporting materials for events.
• Share evidence of campaign results (e.g., banners, videos) within groups and the user base.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Regularly plan campaigns tailored for all community types (Free, Paid, Whale).
• Request supporting materials for campaigns (banners, videos, etc.).
• Clearly explain the campaign's objective and intended use by the KOL.
• Review the correct functionality and preparation of campaign elements (e.g., videos).
• Improve and optimize campaigns based on performance results.

3. Video Production Management

• Prepare and manage video topics and content.
• Plan the content schedule (upload day, time, etc.).
• Prepare full content package: topics, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and tags.
• Request and supervise video editing; conduct final review.
• Upload videos to YouTube (YT) and similar channels.

4. Live Stream Coordination

• Consult the calendar and propose/share potential dates with the KOL and the team.
• Prepare a content calendar for key topics for each live stream.
• Prepare and request promotional materials: titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and banners (Telegram, communities, Pop-ups, etc.).
• Prepare the live stream script, and confirm interesting clips/topics for the session.

5. Data Tracking & Reporting

• **Campaigns:**
• Maintain decent data tracking for every campaign.
• Provide weekly data reports for each campaign, including improvement proposals.
• **Community:**
• Track data/statistics for each community (Telegram, Discord).
• Provide weekly data reports for each community, including improvement proposals.
• **Videos:**
• Track weekly data for every new video.
• Provide weekly data reports for each video, including improvement proposals.
• **Live Streams:**
• Track weekly data for every live stream.
• Provide weekly data reports for each live stream, including improvement proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in community management or marketing operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with crypto/trading content and social media platforms (Telegram, YouTube, etc.).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Native or fluent in French
