The Bernard Group is looking for an enthusiastic Kitting Line Lead to join our team.

This role will lead and direct the kitting personnel and workflow, while ensuring that projects are completed accurately and on time.

Shifts available: Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 2:30 am

A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:

• High school diploma or GED, preferred
• 2 years minimum related experience in a kitting lead role is recommended
• Basic computer skills required

On top of that you must:

• pay close attention to details to successfully move/ pull the correct product
• have basic computer skills, including Pace and Google
• be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
• plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage your own work
• have the ability to work independently, make decisions and solve moderate level problems independently, effectively and creatively
• complete jobs accurately within deadlines, while meeting company quality standards
• apply effective time management and self-management skills
