Role Overview
Purolator is seeking a Retail Representative for its Kitchener retail operation.
The role provides customer service, shipment support, freight processing, and coordination with internal and external partners.
Schedule
- The schedule is Thursday and Friday from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM and Saturday from 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM.
- The total weekly hours are 13.5.
Customer Service and Operations
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously by telephone and in person.
- Upsell and cross-sell corporate products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries and resolve problem shipments.
- Resolve equipment and technology challenges.
- Assist customers with shipping details and account challenges.
- Load, scan, log, and call resolution freight.
- Complete cash reconciliation, including deposits and key control.
Coordination and Relationships
- Coordinate with Head Office, local management, drivers, warehouse staff, account managers, and other corporate partners.
- Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, building tenants, and operational partners.
