The Kitchen Supervisor oversees kitchen operations and ensures the highest standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency.

The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring a smooth and productive workflow.

Must be comfortable working in outdoor conditions.

This role pays an hourly rate of $19.00-$24.00 CAD.

• Supervise kitchen team members, including cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and other kitchen personnel.
• Oversee food preparation and cooking, ensuring food is prepared according to restaurant standards and timelines.
• Maintain high-quality food presentation and portioning.
• Ensure all food safety regulations are followed, including proper storage and handling of food.
• Monitor inventory levels of food, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure station/department set-ups and breakdowns are completed properly before and after shifts.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies to maintain a smooth operation.
• Enforce food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health department regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
