Your Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, hand-wash stations, and pot-scrubbing station
- Wash and sanitize kitchen and storage areas, tables, tools, knives, shelving, and equipment
- Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas; pull and stack cleaned items and return them to their proper storage locations. Send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing
- Empty, clean, and maintain trash cans
- Clean, sweep, and mop all areas in the kitchen and serving area
- Break down cardboard boxes and remove all garbage to the utility room for disposal
- Record daily logs required within your area of responsibility
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the manager
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team in achieving common goals
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and operational standards
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
