- Wash and sanitize utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, shelves, refrigerators, and work areas
- Dispose of waste and keep garbage areas clean
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing supplies
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleaning procedures at all times
- Support chefs and kitchen staff as required
Requirements
- Previous stewarding or kitchen cleaning experience preferred
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to understand and follow instructions

Overview
