Maintain cleanliness and organization across kitchen and dining areas.
Support culinary teams by keeping equipment, utensils, and workspaces ready for use.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces.
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools.
- Clean and polish silverware, glassware, and chinaware.
- Maintain inventory of kitchen and dining equipment.
- Remove garbage and waste from kitchen areas promptly.
- Support food preparation and meal service setup.
- Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.
- Set up and clean up kitchen and dining areas for service.
Safety and Hygiene
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, safety, and food storage standards.
- Follow environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
- Operate safely and support environmental conservation.
Requirements
- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards in kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow safety guidelines and company environmental, health, and safety procedures.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in food storage areas.
- Collaborate effectively with stewarding supervisors, managers, and culinary colleagues.
