Kitchen Steward in the Food and Beverage / Kitchen department at Sharjah Palace Hotel.

Supports the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas.

Employment type is full-time and the work location is in person in Sharjah, UAE.

Wash and clean kitchen utensils, equipment, dishes, pots, pans, and other items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen floors, walls, work areas, equipment, dishwashing areas, and stewarding areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, hotel safety, and operating procedures.
Collect and properly dispose of garbage and waste.
Clean and organize kitchen stores and work areas.
Support the kitchen team during busy operations when required.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, and hygiene concerns to the supervisor.
Follow instructions from the Stewarding Supervisor, Chef, supervisor, or management.

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Previous Kitchen Steward experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment is preferred.
Freshers may also be considered.
