Role Overview
Mudakkan BBQ is seeking a skilled and passionate Commis to join its innovative cloud kitchen team.
The role supports high-quality food preparation, flavor, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report issues to superiors.
- Measure, mix, and prepare meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings.
- Wash, chop, and cut fruit, meat, and vegetable items.
- Assess inventory and request resupply when necessary.
- Plate meal items under the chef de partie's supervision.
- Dispose of spoiled items and follow sanitation policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn new recipes and cooking procedures quickly.
- Time management skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Two years of commis experience is preferred.
- A Food Handler Certificate is required.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 1,500 to QAR 2,500 per month.

- The position is full-time.
