**YABA by Chef Shaheen** is seeking a highly skilled, disciplined, and results-driven **Kitchen Manager** to lead and elevate our kitchen operations.
We are looking for a strong leader who maintains high culinary standards, enforces strict hygiene policies, and manages the kitchen team with professionalism and authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations and daily food preparation
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet brand standards
- Maintain strict hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness standards for all kitchen staff
- Take immediate corrective action regarding poor hygiene, bad odor, improper uniform, or misconduct
- Lead, train, supervise, and discipline kitchen team members
- Monitor food cost, stock control, and waste management
- Implement systems to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
