Overview

Job Title: Kitchen In-Charge (Cloud Kitchen Experience Required)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and reliable Kitchen In-Charge to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen in Motor City, Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in cloud kitchen operations, burger preparation, and managing a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a kitchen In Charge at Super Foodies, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring workflows, preparation, and service processes run efficiently while maintaining speed, consistency, and quality standards.
  • Supervising kitchen opening and closing procedures, including preparation levels, cleanliness, equipment checks, and readiness for service.
  • Ensuring food quality and presentation standards are consistently maintained across all orders and shifts.
  • Monitoring ticket times, kitchen performance, and coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing stock levels, food cost, portion control, and waste reduction to maintain profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Leading and motivating the kitchen team by providing guidance, coaching, training, and continuous support to improve performance and teamwork.
  • Monitoring staff performance and maintaining discipline, accountability, hygiene standards, and professional conduct within the kitchen.
  • Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures are followed according to company and municipality standards.
  • Conducting regular quality checks on ingredients, preparation methods, storage systems, and final products to maintain consistency.
  • Assisting in food trials, recipe development, and continuous improvement of menu items and kitchen systems.
  • Overseeing regular maintenance and proper handling of kitchen equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and coordinating deliveries to ensure product quality, proper storage, and smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

✔ Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience, preferably in burger concepts or fast-paced QSR brands

✔ Strong cloud kitchen experience is highly preferred

✔ Leadership and team management skills

✔ Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards

✔ Ability to work efficiently under pressure

✔ Immediate joiners are highly preferred
