The purpose of this role is to maintain a clean environment and ensure that the kitchen tools are ready and in place for the next use.
Stocks and organizes china, glass and cutlery for banquet services.
Cleans equipment and stainless-steel walls in the kitchen, sweep and mop kitchens and storage areas.
Cleans dishes, removes food waste from plates, fills dishwasher and unloads dishwasher.
Assist Chief Steward with moving and organizing small wares for off-site events, as required.
Assist Chefs with plated meals as required.
