Role Overview
SFC Plus is a quick-service restaurant concept serving pizza, fried chicken, burgers, and wraps.
The Crew Member role combines hands-on kitchen work with basic customer interaction in a fast-paced food-service environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food according to standard recipes, cooking procedures, and preparation timelines.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, food safety, portioning, presentation, and packaging standards.
- Assist with counter service, order taking, packing, guest handover, and basic customer concerns.
- Support opening, closing, shift changes, cleaning, stock checks, and smooth team operations.
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies while maintaining punctual and disciplined work habits.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of QSR or fast-food experience is preferred.
- Kitchen operations and basic customer-service experience are required.
- Candidates must be able to work at a fast pace with standing duties.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Shift, weekend, and public-holiday availability is required.
- Food safety and hygiene knowledge is an advantage.
