Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, age appropriate lessons aligned with EYFS and Montessori approaches
- Plan daily and weekly activities and prepare learning materials
- Observe and document children’s progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Create a warm, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior, curiosity, and independence
- Communicate regularly with parents and carers about children’s learning and well being
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in staff meetings and professional development
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and safeguarding standards
Requirements
- Strong foundation in early years education and familiarity with EYFS and/or Montessori frameworks
- Proven teaching experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting
- Effective communication skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues
- Demonstrated lesson planning skills, including designing differentiated, play based, and inquiry led activities
- Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; recognized teaching qualification preferred
- Commitment to inclusive education and child safeguarding

Qualifications

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and adapt to an international school community in Dubai.
